Through our contact us page or email only. Once your order and Sight LC is received, the shipment is processed within 3 - 4 weeks based on availability. Please provide the following: 1. Quantity per lift per month 2. Port of Discharge 3. Unloading rate guaranteed by Buyer, port discharge & available storage facilities 4. Draft of port at destination 5. LOA or Beam limitations at discharge port.

1. We supply in large quantity between 10000 t - 500000 t in 20ft & 40ft containers. A 20ft container contains around 12t. A 40ft Container has around 22-24t.. 2. We also export 50kg Polybags of pellets or grains, 3. Buyers must present signed Letter of Intent and Bank Confirmation/Guarantee to Vayu 4. Destination Port must be specified CFR FO basis. Our standard quotes are FOB US Port - Los Angeles 5. Irrevocable, transferable, revolving DLC (Cumulative for duration of contract) issued by a G7 bank or confirmed by a G7 bank (at Buyer's cost) and payable at sight in the USA with debit authorization from bank to bank.

It will be specified on order confirmation and also on delivery note. For American Alfalfa Hay, Bermuda Hay, Alfalfa Pellets, place an order latest by mid-February to get deliveries starting in May.

All our products are inspected by professional bodies in USA. We export or import certified products. All tools are guaranteed by their manufacturers. All grain and Hay exported from US is Fresh current year produce. We take pride in ensuring highest quality food exports from USA.
